This test environment stores account details, company contacts, delivery addresses, orders and operational activity. Access is restricted by role and company. Supabase provides authentication, database storage and file storage.

Trial lunch requests

When you request a trial lunch, we store your company name, contact details, preferred date, group size, dietary requirements and consent to contact you. These details are available only to administrators for following up your request. Please describe meal requirements without providing individual medical records. We also store a hashed connection identifier for abuse checks. A request does not confirm a booking.

Saved information on your device

The customer app can save a recent menu and draft quantities on this device for offline use. Offline drafts are not submitted automatically. Log out or use “Remove saved data” in offline mode to clear this information. Do not use a shared device for sensitive dietary notes.

Optional services

When configured, Moneybird processes billing information, the routing provider receives delivery coordinates, and the translation provider receives the operational text selected for translation. No provider is treated as active until it is configured.

Your information

Use Contact Family Meal in your portal to request access, correction or an export of your company’s information. Deletion requests require an administrator’s review, including any applicable financial record retention requirements.

Before real customer onboarding

The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and service-provider agreements must be confirmed before this test service handles real customer information. This page is a transparent test notice, not a claim of completed legal compliance.
